This is an on going temporary Sales Administrator role. Description Providing administrative support to the sales team. Processing sales orders and tracking deliveries. Managing customer enquiries via phone and email. Maintaining accurate records in company databases. Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Profile Experience in a secretarial or business support role. Be able to commute to Derby Be immediately available Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and database software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused approach and ability to work well in a team. Job Offer An estimated monthly salary of £25,000 to £26,500 GBP.
