The Role
Following a year of strong growth, the Infrastructure Team is looking to hire a Senior Analyst who is an ambitious and dynamic finance professional. You will bring experience in a commercial environment, with some exposure to Infrastructure client and transaction management in a financial context. In this role, you will work on exciting and impactful transactions, and your responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Help to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, while also being a trusted and valued member of the Infrastructure Energy and Utilities team.
* Transaction Execution: Work on executing transactions on behalf of clients, including providing robust advice, supported by financial modelling and analysis.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with Senior Corporate Finance professionals in structuring and executing transactions, providing financial analysis, conducting research, preparing documentation, and assisting in due diligence efforts.
* Comprehensive Advisory: Contribute to delivering broad corporate finance advice and detailed guidance on financing structures, derivatives valuations, and other complex financial products.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders on behalf of clients.
