10. Excellent working knowledge of programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
11. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and numeracy skills
12. Excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
13. A friendly manner with all visitors and stakeholders
14. Strong administration skills within a School/College environment
15. Experience of working in a SEMH/SEND school (desirable)
16. The ability to update and maintain records on internal databases/systems
17. Understanding and experience of following school security procedures
18. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
19. The ability to work the required hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm)
The above serves as a guide and is not exhaustive; all professional staff are expected to undertake other duties and projects as may be reasonably required by the Headteacher in accordance with the needs of the school. You will be working as part of a team and may be asked to provide extra support within the office during busy periods.
