Salary NJC Grade B3, Scale Points 7 - 11, £25,584 - £27,269 per annum. Actual Salary £20,307 - £21,644 per annum
The Academy Council of this high achieving and oversubscribed Catholic Voluntary Academy is looking to appoint a Facilities Assistant to join our Site Maintenance and Facilities department to ensure high standards of maintenance, cleanliness and safety are achieved throughout the buildings and grounds of our school.
Main Job Purpose:
1. Supporting the Site Supervisor in maintaining a high level of security and safety.
2. Dealing with queries and providing customer service to external lettings.
3. General maintenance and repairs to the school site and its grounds.
4. Ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and best value.
5. Cleaning designated areas within the school premises to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
