A company in Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the expanding team on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role is to identify and attract qualified candidates. Providing managers with specialist talent acquisition support and guidance, you will build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future job openings, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, whilst driving a consistent representation of the EVP.

This role will support locations across Yorkshire. Therefore, a degree of travel should be expected.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Working with multiple stakeholders to bring the very best people, helping to drive down the overall vacancy numbers, time to hire, and attrition figures.
* Sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for key/priority roles within the group, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure consistency in the hiring of top talent.
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future job openings, helping to drive a proactive approach to Talent Acquisition.
* Acting as a key point of contact for external candidates, delivering both professionalism and consistency within the overall candidate's experience.
* Ensuring consistency of process, assessment criteria, and standards across all brands and sites.
* Accurate measurement and reporting of key performance indicators, providing reporting and analysis as required.
* Supporting the Group Talent Acquisition Manager with various projects to drive both business strategy and future growth.
Person Specification:
* Experience of recruitment or sourcing is essential, ideally from within an in-house recruitment environment.
* A solid understanding of recruitment processes and ATS systems is essential.
* A customer-centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
* High level of professionalism.
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with a strong methodical approach.
* Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
* A proactive approach and able to use your own initiative.
* Competent in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A valid driving licence.
