Our Client based in Dungannon wishes to recruit a Head of Marketing to their team.
You will be responsible for:
• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for new and existing products.
• Work closely with the production team, sales team and external partners to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Create and deliver compelling product positioning, messaging, content and value propositions that differentiate our products from the competition.
• Plan and execute product launches, as well as campaigns to generate awareness, demand, and adoption of new and existing products.
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimize them based on data and feedback.
• Oversee the social media aspect of the business as well as working with relevant teams to ensure E-Commerce Platform is kept relevant and in sync with the overall business brand.
• Research new markets with the Managing Director of the business and work towards onboarding new clients via the relevant marketing methods.
• Managing catalogue content - ensuring all products, images & information is accurate, consistent, and easily found by customers searching for their next favourite product. What we need from you:
• Availability to work equivalent 5 days a week between Monday-Sunday.
• Willingness to train and become a recognised face within the industry
Essential Criteria
• Degree level or equivalent in marketing/business studies
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook advertising, email marketing and marketing automation systems as part of a plan to achieve commercial targets.
• Engage with our charity partners on a monthly basis to ensure our promotional programme is running smoothly.
• A positive, proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Be confident, dynamic and creative.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral, with thoroughness, accuracy, and an eye for detail
• Experience in working to tight deadlines, with an ability to prioritise.
• A team player and be willing to step outside the role when required.
What we offer:
• Full Time Salary of £40’000 per annum
