Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join schools in the Wellingborough area. About the Role:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students in the classroom.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional needs (depending on the role).
* Help create an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.
* Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
* Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure each student’s success.
Requirements:
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
* A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and support students with varying needs.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
