As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in sharing offers with customers for their vintage items and guiding them through the buying process. With plenty of opportunities to grow, learn, and refine your skills, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a sales environment and enjoy building meaningful customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Key Goals & Objectives
* Develop a deep understanding of our appraisal and buying process.
* Begin handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
* Start meeting daily call targets and core KPIs while delivering excellent service.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs to support team performance.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and effortless customer experience.
* Use your adaptability and initiative to resolve customer queries and drive positive outcomes.
* Become a top performer by consistently exceeding individual and team goals.
* Support the development of best practices within the team to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to share offers with customers for their items.
* Clearly explain offers and answer customer questions to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
* Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, building trust and rapport.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
* Work within a small, focused team to achieve shared goals and meet sales targets.
* Demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to develop new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
* Proactively resolve customer concerns and find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a sales contact centre or similar environment.
* Proven track record of meeting individual and team targets and KPIs.
* Proficiency in using internal CRM systems and managing customer interactions effectively.
* Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to address customer concerns and close sales.
* Clear, professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional service.
