If you love retail you will love the D2C Retail Team, we are working with all subsidiaries developing retail strategies and implementing Retail excellence across Europe Role And Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Actively planning and taking actions on data management as part of the European headquarter of Retail. Understanding the change and focus of business and market landscape, proposing data points and collection strategies Implementing data accumulation through internal/external resources, analysing data, and presenting data screenshots and insights with data-driven analysis Analyse retail data, extracted from the offline retail critical metrics by each Samsung Europe subsidiary such as Sellout, Product Run rate, Market Share and customer engagement rates. Finding and presenting root cause and opportunities in retail Monitor and audit data quality. Develop further Retail universe and new reporting processes. Prepare and present reports and for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools (Data dashboards visualisations) Work closely with subs’ retail teams to coordinate retail initiatives / standard processes and secure support needed for stronger execution Close alignment with the senior management to ensure the projects are delivered in line with the overall business objectives, timelines and within budgets Develop concise and consolidated strategic reports for senior management, VP and above, to promote the team’s strategy and project plans Present regular insights from the Retail Universe findings to Head of Retail D2C and collaborators. Report to D2C store data inc Footfall, sellout, conversion and Sales per sq ft within agreed cadence. Manage mystery shopping, NPS and insights across D2C Retail Monitor and report, costs, budgets inc Opex indirect costs against key trackers What We Need For This Role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Experience working in Retail Operation & analysis, product sales, use of data platform and reporting analysis tools Position requires related experience in the field retails sales operation Ability to pay attention to detail, communicate well and be highly organised are essential Experience in statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques with the ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations Strong analytical, numerical skills and presenting Skills. What does success look like?
