About Us:
Oxford Dodge Chrysler is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vehicle Accounting Administrator to join our accounting team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate management of vehicle-related financial records.
Position Overview:
As a Vehicle Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial records related to the acquisition and disposal of vehicles in the company’s inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General accounting, including month end duties.
2. Track and process vehicle purchases systems.
3. Record and reconcile proceeds and commissions from vehicle sales and disposals.
4. Monitor vehicle incentives and factory rebates.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
3. Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
4. Skills:
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
8. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
9. Positive, professional attitude.
10. Effectively juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
11. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
