Job Description Summary
Our Corporate Institutional Bank (CIB) is on a growth strategy, deepening our relationships with Clients, developing new propositions, and supporting some of the largest Businesses across the UK.
Market Data is essential for analysing, trading, and accounting, sourced from external providers. Our Market Data team in the CIB Chief Operating Office plays a critical role in executing our strategy, responsible for the strategic management, provision, and administration of Market Data.
Your role will be leading the Market Data team to complete diverse business objectives requiring leadership, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
What will you be doing?
* Engage with senior leaders and support influencing strategic decisions, collaborating closely with external market data vendors.
* Develop and deliver a key element of the organisation's end-to-end management of market data.
* Lead and deliver required outcomes for a portfolio of projects, reporting to senior colleagues.
* Identify and evaluate complex solutions to meet business needs.
* Lead and develop existing business relationships, engaging with business leaders to understand long-term strategic challenges.
* Implement a sustainable, cost-effective target operating model to support business needs.
* Maintain relationships with key internal customers, acting as their business partner.
* Demonstrate awareness of industry and regulatory developments relevant to market data.
What You'll Need
Key to this role is your relevant experience of Market Data and demonstrable evidence of the following key skills:
