What we are looking for A motivated, energetic, and organised marketing manager to join our London office. Your main role will be leading the Marketing Team, across SEO, PPC, and website development agencies. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will drive consumer revenue through our eCommerce website and will have ownership of our e-comerce and social media platform. This is a full-time role (part-time would be considered depending on the candidate). The role will include, but will not be limited to: 1. Website Management Daily management of our Shopify platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with SEO best practices. Manage inventory updates and ensure a seamless customer journey. Publish regular blog posts to engage and inform our audience. Liaise with third-party web developers for website maintenance and updates, ensuring timely and quality improvements. 2. Content Production Plan and produce photoshoots to showcase products, ensuring high-quality visuals aligned with our brand identity. Manage the post-production process, including editing and optimizing images for various digital channels. Collaborate with designers and photographers to create engaging visuals for social media, email marketing, and the website. 3. Marketing Strategy & Execution Collaborate with our PPC agency to maximise ROI on all paid media campaigns. Work closely with the Marketing Assistant to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, including social media and in-store promotions. Oversee email marketing, content marketing, and other digital strategies to drive customer engagement and sales. 4. Reporting & Analytics Provide monthly performance reports to the board, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations. Monitor and measure website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools. Identify trends and suggest optimisations to improve ROI and conversion rates continuously. Qualifications: Must have proven experience managing an ecommerce website on Shopify. In-depth knowledge of SEO with a strong track record of driving organic growth. Proficient in Photoshop and Canva for creating and editing visual content. Preferred : Experience working in the luxury industry or with high-end brands. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and PPC campaign management. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with third-party vendors and internal team members.
