As a Fitness Consultant, you will provide guidance to customers on the safe use of equipment during their induction and create customised programmes tailored to individual needs. Your responsibilities will also include coaching and supporting customers in reaching their desired goals. We are looking for someone who is a qualified minimum Level 2 fitness instructor who can communicate honestly and openly with customers, who is also empathetic, and holds a broad knowledge of the fitness industry. Successful candidates with level 3 Personal Trainer will have opportunity to earn additional payments for the delivery of Personal Training. As a casual worker, you'll have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability.
