We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of critical parts from suppliers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance product performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier quality engineering, including PPAP, 8D problem-solving, trials, and capacity planning. A strong background in risk assessment, supplier reporting, and issue resolution is also essential.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Extrusion process knowledge is a plus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to foster strong cross-functional partnerships for optimal outcomes.
* Conduct supplier and part risk assessments and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
* Provide regular supplier progress updates to Purchasing and Quality Assurance teams, including open issues, PPAP updates, delivery forecasts, and confirmations.
* Oversee the approval process for PPAP parts according to the agreed timeline.
* Manage the Non-PPAP part concession process, ensuring robust plans for each part during the build phases.
* Lead Quality and Capacity Verification aligned with development targets.
* Resolve major supplier-related issues, engaging senior management as necessary.
