An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and well-motivated Senior Administrator to join our Neurodevelopmental Assessment & Consultation Administrative Team in Truro.
The post holder will work within the Neurodevelopmental Assessment & Consultation Team office(s) and be responsible for the day-to-day operation and co-ordination of administrative support for these Teams, ensuring those children and their families are provided with an efficient and satisfactory service and to guarantee that all functions are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, protocols and timescales. Along with, maintaining a consistently high level of performance standard, to support an efficient, effective and satisfactory service delivery. Whilst participating in administrative duties that ensure all administrative staff are supported and all patients, staff and visitors are treated in a professional and pleasant manner.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of administrative support, including typing letters and reports as directed, diary management, scanning and entering confidential information on to the computer systems, writing minutes for various meetings, liaising with other professionals to gather additional information for the clinical team, overseeing the completion of Rio essential information, and supporting the Team Admin Coordinator in any other basic workforce tasks.

Education / Qualifications
* GCSEs or equivalent (A-C) including Maths and English
* CLAIT/ECDL/NVQ 2 or equivalent
* NVQ 3 in business admin or equivalent qualification or experience
* Administrative Experience of working in a complex office environment
* OCR Level 3 Text Processing or equivalent
* OCR Level 3 Audio Typing or equivalent
* Previous NHS or Local Authority Experience
* Record Keeping
* Data - Protection / Information Governance
Skills and Aptitude
