We are proud of them and the contribution they make to the success of our company to ensure that we are the UK’s leading independent Traffic Management company.About the role:The 12AB TM Trainee, Operative and Foreman roles are all essential roles at Chevron, they sit at the heart of everything that we do. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management on the high speed network. Daily tasks include; distributing cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other equipment, in adherence to Chapter 8. Great communication is also essential as you will liaise daily with other members of your team, subcontractors, and clients. You will be expected to comply with company policies, with priority given to Health, & Safety issues. Whist Trainees are mentored and supported by their qualified peers, the Foreman on shift lead and help to supervise the crews, with direction from the Supervisor on shift.General hours of work are 48 hours a week and due to the nature of the industry, the hours are not always sociable. Therefore, you could be required to work evenings, nights or weekends.
