This is an onsite role This is a telephone based role supporting business customers with their queries and we are looking for someone who has a background of delivering exceptional levels of service from the likes of retail, hospitality or contact centre. The successful person will be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email, handling inquiries related to the services the business provides.
