Job Description
My client is an established ERP Software Development and integration company that sells, develops and supports priority ERP across Europe, Australia, Israel and the US. Being over 30 years old, with over 1000 international customers, their experience allows them to help both small companies taking their first steps in the ERP arena, as well as medium and large companies, wishing to replace their cumbersome legacy systems.
They are on the hunt for a dedicated Support Consultant to drive their Commerical business management software. They are looking for someone who is eager to learn and progress from support to consulting, which will boost your salary to 50k+. The new starter will benefit from industry leading training in ERP.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role and the client will help develop your skills in ERP and SQL as you will be dealing with many areas of software consulting.
Requirements
1. Strong communication skills & ability to explain software applications
2. Taking phone calls from clients and troubleshooting
3. Logging service calls into copy of priority documents
4. Responding to clients enquiries
5. Case management
6. Knowledge of SQL
7. Some software development skills
