Essential - You must hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification to be considered for this role. Purpose of the role: Trainee Early Years Assessor You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including Functional Skills) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification. Full training and qualifications (TAQA) are fully funded and provided by the employer.
