In this role, you will take ownership of:
* Build & Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders at automotive dealerships and groups across the Nordics and other assigned key accounts.
* Strategic Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to achieve their business objectives through our innovative video platform and customer success best practices.
* Proactively Optimize Performance: Monitor client health using KPIs (NRR) and analytics, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI and retention. Conduct complex reporting and strategic conversations, leveraging your technical and analytical skills.
* Champion Engagement & Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement, reduce churn, and drive adoption of advanced features. Develop strategic plans for customer growth and efficiency.
* Onboarding & Training: Plan and facilitate the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful integration with the Phyron platform.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner seamlessly with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions.
* Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously stay informed about industry trends, dealership operations, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
* Contract Discussions: Confidently conduct complex contract discussions with C-level executives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Industry Expertise: 3+ years of proven experience in the automotive or marketing and/or SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing. Hands-on marketing experience managing larger digital marketing budgets (preferably Google, Facebook, and/or AMS certified) is a strong plus.
* Customer Success Mindset: Experience with SaaS platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, CMS), with a focus on driving client satisfaction and retention.
* Analytical Skills: A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance analysis, with experience in running complex reports.
* Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
* Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying and addressing client challenges.
* Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English and another European language is a must. Additional European languages are a plus.
* Travel: Availability to travel to clients (>25%) and to the London office as required so having access to a vehicle is beneficial.
* Adaptability and Drive: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
