Our Head Office and Administration Centre is based in Nowton, Bury St Edmunds. We also have offices and meeting centres in other locations in Suffolk with plans to open more. We’re a dynamic, expanding firm with a great reputation.

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Working with senior management to develop marketing plans and their implementation.
2. Compiling data analysis of ROI metrics.
3. Contributing to the firm’s social media accounts.
4. Coordinating the work of external contractors (Marketing, Design, and Website Management).
5. Supporting internal training activities.
Required Skills:
1. Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or similar relevant experience.
2. Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary.
3. PC proficient, especially in Microsoft Office.
4. A good working knowledge of all social media platforms and content creation.
5. A good understanding of marketing channels and functions.
6. Experience in smartphone videography and editing or a willingness to learn.
7. Experience in podcasting or a willingness to learn.
8. Full Driver's License.

Job Type: Full time – hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and attending social and marketing events outside these hours.
