They are currently seeking a motivated and organised Spares Coordinator to join their team and be the first point of contact for customers' spares needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring spares. Manage the supply of spares, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Handle import/export procedures (experience preferred but not essential). Provide excellent customer service and account management. Perform administrative tasks to support the spares department. Work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. Qualifications: Solid customer service and account management skills. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Highly motivated and proactive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office setting. Experience in import/export is a plus but not required.
