Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work with the opportunity to grow and develop new skills as the position evolves alongside the business.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and personable individual with a strong interest in the therapy field. This part-time, freelance contractor position is fully remote, making it perfect for someone who loves helping others and thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Support Executive, you will take on varied tasks that blend customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Training provided for all tasks.
* Provide customer and therapist support via email, chat, and phone
* Conduct client referral calls to match them with the right therapist
* Create, update, and improve therapist profiles
* Film therapist profile videos
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless user experience
* Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions
* Gather and manage customer feedback to enhance our services
* Attend creative team meetings and contribute to project development
* Manage therapist bookings
* Process refunds
* Handle administrative tasks and data entry
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Passion for mental health and therapy
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and support clients
* Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
* Customer service experience
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite / Google Workspace and other digital tools

* Part-time – Preferably afternoons/evenings, with availability to provide cover during holidays
* Salary: £12:50 an hour
