You’ll work with a portfolio of trainees to develop their subject knowledge and subject-specific pedagogy. You will collaborate with other support roles, to see trainees grow into leaders, committed to making a difference to educational inequality.
As Development Lead - English, you’ll work on the Training Programme to teach a subject-specific area of our secondary curriculum.
