We are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our team. Where in Wellcome will I be working? You will be working within Wellcome’s friendly and ambitious Mental Health team of around 50 people. Our vision is a world where no one is held back by mental health problems. To achieve this vision, we are working towards the specific mission of creating a step change in early intervention for anxiety, depression and psychosis. We fund research, support convening and thought leadership and work with lived experience experts and external partners to help create this change. We are already seeing new interventions and new understanding as a result of our work and expect to see our impact grow significantly over the next few years. What will I be doing? We are looking for Team Coordinator, to provide administrative support to the Programme Director and Mental Health Leadership Team (8 people), and assist with the co-ordination and logistics of team activities ensuring the smooth running of the wider team (around 40 people) In this role you will Provide diary management, organising meetings, appointments, and email management for the Mental Health Leadership Team Act as key point of contact for enquiries, manage the general enquiries inbox and meet and greet those coming to Wellcome – supporting external meetings as required Lead on the planning and coordination of regular full team meetings, away days & socials, including scheduling, producing agendas and minutes and acting as point of liaison for Mental Health Leadership Team Arrange travel and meetings for Mental Health Leadership Team Complete expenses and processing invoices on behalf of Mental Health Leadership Team Do all of the above for the Director as required (if their EA requires support) Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments.
