Role Overview
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers.
You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide product and service information, and help customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, or any other needs.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Record all customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet and exceed customer service KPIs and quality standards.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in the customer service process.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Experience using CRM software and handling customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, etc.).
