This is an exceptional Primary School based in Northwest London; learners are supported throughout KS1-2, allowing them to transfer seamlessly to KS3. Looking to appoint a SEMH Teaching Assistant to take on the support of Social, Emotional, Mental Health and behaviour, work with vulnerable and at-risk children.
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Supervise pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
* Provide 1:1 support supporting behaviour and learning
* Use creative techniques and methods
* Work alongside Teaches and the SENCo
* Work with children in a calm and collected manner
* Support staff and students by having a high profile within the school, engaging with and fostering strong relationships with pupils and staff alike.
