Job Description
* Develop, implement and review the company's health, safety and environmental strategies
* Provide expert advice on health and safety to staff and management
* Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
* Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation
* Investigate accidents and incidents, providing detailed incident reports
* Develop and conduct HSE training for employees
* Promote a positive HSE culture within the organisation
* Participate in HSE meetings and committees
The Successful Applicant
A successful HSE Advisor should have:
* A recognised qualification in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH
* Experience in the Manufacturing industry
* A thorough knowledge of HSE legislation and guidelines
* The ability to conduct risk assessments and implement HSE procedures
* Strong communication and training skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
