As a Front End Developer / Team Lead you will lead the technical strategy for the development of various UIs across the growing product set, providing team leadership to three Front End Engineers whilst also remaining hands-on with coding. You'll be working with a relatively young code base, building new features on the core platform as well as taking ownership of greenfield projects as the company launches a new product and expands to new geographical areas. There's a strong pipeline of projects and you'll see the impact of your work.
Location / WFH:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with the team in the Central Manchester office once a week.
You have strong team leadership / management skills including performance management, mentoring, 1-2-1s, developing others, code reviews
You have strong technical skills and indepth experience with Angular 16 / 18 with TypeScript / OO JavaScript alongside other web technologies such as CSS, HTML5 and REST APIs
You have experience of defining and successfully implementing web development strategy
You have advanced communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and leadership skills
