About the Role
We Are Group is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our contracts including, His Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Services (HMCTS). In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and achieve their desired outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the strategic delivery of contracts, ensuring that all service commitments, KPIs, and financial targets are met. You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and regular updates on contract performance. Financial oversight will be a key part of the role as well as managing budgets, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, proactively addressing any challenges and ensuring that client satisfaction remains high.
As the Customer Success Manager for required contracts, you will also be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to team members supporting the contracts, setting clear objectives, and ensuring that all team members are trained and equipped to meet contract requirements. You will oversee governance and compliance, maintaining accurate records, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring that all activities align with company policies and industry regulations.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded, results-driven professional with a strong background in customer success, contract management, or account management. You should have experience managing large, complex contracts, ideally within the public sector or legal services. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work strategically and solve problems proactively. Financial acumen, operational oversight, and team leadership experience are also key to success in this role.
