As Retail Marketing and Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue in retail environments. Client Details My client is a fast growing disruptor brand in the consumer goods space, with HQ in London Description Develop and implement retail-specific marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales. Analyse market trends and customer insights to create targeted campaigns Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, seasonal events, and sales initiatives. Work with design teams to create compelling visuals and messaging for retail displays and digital platforms e.g FSDU's, POPD etc. Identify and build strategic partnerships with other brands, influencers, and retailers to create cross-promotional opportunities. Foster long-term relationships with retail partners to maintain continuous growth and mutual benefits. Manage the end-to-end execution of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with brand objectives. Utilise both digital and traditional marketing tools, including social media, email, and in-store experiences. Report on the ROI of campaigns and partnerships and provide recommendations for improvement. Leverage insights to optimize future marketing and partnership strategies Profile Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and campaigns (e.g. promotions, product placement and in store marketing campaigns). Ability to plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns. Experience and relationships with big retailers, including Sainsburys, Holland & Barrat, Ocado etc Expeirence working in global markets is preferred Understanding of retail analytics and sales platforms or POS systems.
