Our client, a luxury automotive dealership based in the Southwest, has an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their amazing team.
The role:
1. Deliver a great experience for our customers in for servicing and repairs
2. Booking services
3. Communicating any required repairs to our customers
4. Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales
5. Experience of working in a Service department in a franchised dealership
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
7. Familiarity of warranty procedures would be advantageous but not essential
