Job Overview The Humber Teaching NHS Trust is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to provide admin support for the Holderness Mental Health Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is a good team player to undertake administrative /reception duties. Working days will be Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm, 37.5 hrs per week). Working within a supportive, friendly team. Regular mentoring and guidance within job role. Main duties of the job You will be working in the main reception and admin office, handing calls and dealing with queries, so we are looking for someone with good communication skills. Processing referrals, use of the patient administration system and non-complex note taking is also part of this role. Applicants should have good keyboard / PC skills and have previous experience of carrying out general administrative procedures within an office environment. Some experience of using software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel are also preferred. Person specification Qualification & knowledge Essential Criteria Standard keyboard skills e.g. RSA/OCR II or equivalent To have some knowledge of office procedures, clerical/reception work.
