Job description
William Hulme’s Grammar School is the most over-subscribed school in Manchester and one of the most successful comprehensive schools in the country. WHGS is an all-through (3-18) Academy of over 1600 pupils with a wide range of abilities, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to work as part of a team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our Primary Phase. This multi-faceted position encompasses front-line reception duties, parental engagement, attendance management, administrative responsibilities, and first aid coordination. You will oversee educational visit arrangements, maintain health and safety documentation, manage reprographics, and support admissions processes. As a pivotal liaison between staff, parents, and visitors, your contributions will help create a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment that supports the educational experience of our pupils. This dynamic role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively.
