The Job
We are looking for a Distribution Manager to lead our Distribution Team. You will be reporting to our Head of Operations.
The position is based in the UK. Leicester is a preferable location or at the very least could travel to Leicester weekly.
Employment type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week).
Pay: Competitive pay - To be discussed at interview, based on experience.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of people who are potentially based around the globe.
2. Reviewing release metadata and processing releases and compositions for DSPs and PROs.
3. Responding to client queries via phone and email.
4. Administrative tasks (processing metadata updates, taking down releases).
5. Onboarding and working as a representative for our white label clients.
6. Managing cancelled subscriptions and refunds.
7. Training new members of the distribution team.
8. Quality control testing and training.
9. Managing subscriptions.
10. Relinquishing composition rights.
11. Continually refine the delivery processes.
12. Report back on client feedback.
Requirements
1. Previous experience of at least two years is essential.
2. Effective communication skills in English.
3. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
4. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
5. Willingness to participate in regular team meetings.
Qualifications
1. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong commitment to duties, a self-learner and a team player mindset.
3. Ability to think outside the box and confidently contribute to company discussions and planning.
