You don’t need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense, as we’ll give you full training for this role. We support 6 individuals at our service and each individual is provided with care and support tailored to their individual needs, be that complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be supporting the individuals between 10:00pm-7:00am with medication, eating and drinking, preparing meals, personal care, continence support and help with our mobility in and out of the home.The duties are varied and no two nights will be the same.
