Envirotech Facilities Management Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Desk Administrator to join our team. The company is looking for someone with customer services experience, who enjoys service delivery and able to effectively deal with customer enquires. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and be confident while speaking on the phone. The desired candidate will have the following:- Experience in a customer service or a call centre role, ideally in a commercial office environment within a facilities management sector. Excellent organisational skills to keep information up to date, filed and recorded as required. Able to react in a fast-moving environment and prioritise workload accordingly. Interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with a wide range of individuals. Job role includes: Responding to calls and e-mails relating to maintenance issues and dealing with them accordingly. Utilise the prescribed workflows and help functions within a CAFM system. Working within the Helpdesk Team to manage and deliver the operational set up on new contracts within the CAFM system, in a timely manner. Liaise with business to ensure that the contracts won are transferred successfully. Ensure that all contract changes are updated immediately into BOP (Business Operating Platform the company software packages and processes). To manage all the companys renewals & new contract set up in both electronic & paper form. Assist in producing booking forms for each contract. Sending out contracts & contract renewal correspondence to clients. Assist in identifying appropriate suppliers or contractors. Assist in gathering and negotiating quotations from suppliers / contractors. We appreciate that not every candidate will have experience of the job role out lined above, so we will provide support and relevant on the job training to develop the successful candidate. It is not essential for you to come from a facilities management background, although this would be an advantage.
