We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our expanding Company based in Hastings. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a busy, fast-paced and successful recruitment business.
Main Duties
1. Managing the Company databases
2. Screening and interviewing candidates
3. Resourcing and matching candidates to suitable job roles
4. Arranging interviews with potential employees
5. Administration duties related to the vetting procedure
6. Dealing with any general queries
7. Cover the reception duties when needed
8. Cold calling potential candidates
9. Carry out other administration duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
1. Must have a good level of education
2. Must have experience in creating spreadsheets and using databases
3. Must have 3 years administration experience, working in a busy working environment
4. Must have social media and website advertising experience
5. Must be self-motivated and proactive
6. Able to show an understanding of urgency
7. Confident in speaking with the general public
