We are supporting a local technical organisation in Congleton that offers high-quality products. Join a friendly team of 6 and report directly to the Head of Technical Support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving issues and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing support to service users
2. Troubleshooting issues
3. Promoting and upselling products and services
4. Managing client relationships
5. Working to SLAs for timely responses
