Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or primary setting.
- Behaviour Management: Demonstrated ability to manage classroom challenges effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong skills to liaise with students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
- Passion for Education: Experience with children and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting their development.
- DBS Check: Enhanced DBS certificate, either current or ready to be processed.
Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment.
- Adaptability: Tailor educational approaches to meet the individual needs of students with EHCPs.
- Assessment: Implement a range of strategies to assess and support pupil progress.
