* Keeping the kitchen tidy
* Produce dishes to suit dietary needs
* Maintain quality and consistency in food production
The training you will be getting
Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship Standard.
Functional Skills (if required).
You will attend Stoke on Trent College once a week (day to be confirmed).
Your remaining contracted hours will be wihtin your workplace.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Progression to a Level 3 apprenticeship or full time employment.
