Your purpose:
Responsibilities and requirements:
* Act as Planning Lead on projects across a range of markets and sectors.
* Be actively involved in bid preparation, tender submissions, and framework responses.
* Act as lead consultant for multi-disciplinary projects and take responsibility for project management and delivery.
* Provide support to junior colleagues and Planning team leaders.
* Engage with market and client leads to support business growth and development opportunities.
What you can bring?
* A relevant Planning degree and RTPI membership is desirable.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, and resilient.
* Ability to work under pressure, with excellent time management and success in meeting tight deadlines.
* Experience with the Environment Impact Assessment process.
* Knowledge in Strategic Planning and Planning policy.
* Understanding of TCPA, DCO, TWAO or equivalent applications.
* Work well as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
* Prepare accurate and well-presented reports to a high standard.
* Deliver presentations to internal and external clients.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrable ability to develop client relationships.
