General Sales Manager (Automotive) – Eastbourne area
Salary: circa 50k basic / OTE 60k plus over achievement bonus
We have an exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Manager to join a busy main dealer in the Eastbourne area of East Sussex.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, experienced General Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the business forward to maximise car sales and profits as well as customer satisfaction.
2. Work in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness.
3. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members of all levels to maximise individual potential and create a strong and focused sales team.
4. Maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
5. Ensure that the sales process is followed at all times to maximise sales opportunities.
6. Liaise with the manufacturer and achieve their volume, CSI and other aspirations as appropriate.

4. Well-developed management and leadership skills, with the ability to adjust style and approach to maximise team and individual performance.

6. A full and valid UK driving licence is required.
