Job Description
3. Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
4. Design e-learning courses, workshops, and other training materials
5. Evaluate the success of development plans and implement necessary changes
6. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
7. Collaborate with managers to identify company training needs
8. Implement training KPIs
9. Prepare and present reports on training activities
10. Coordinate and manage the logistics of learning programs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Learning & Development Specialist should have:
11. Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or related field
12. Proven experience in designing multiple training events
13. Solid knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
14. Experience with e-learning platforms
15. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
16. Strong communication and project management skills
17. Ability to handle the Learning & Development cycle
