Job Description
* Oversee procurement and supply chain operations within the property department
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
* Implement strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives

* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
* Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends

The Successful Applicant
A successful Category Manager should have:
* Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
* Solid knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
* Strong analytical ability and strategic thinking
* Familiarity with procurement software and tools
