An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join an OUTSTANDING primary school in Enfield, part of a highly reputable Multi Academy Trust. The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Key Stage 1, fostering a love of learning in a supportive and dynamic environment. They will work closely with colleagues to maintain the school’s exceptional standards and contribute to a culture of collaboration and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed.
* Create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that supports all pupils.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to enhance pupil outcomes.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement.
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the values of the Multi Academy Trust.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
* A commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
