What you will be doing?
Reporting to the HR Admin Partner, you will deliver a credible and trusted HR operations service. You will positively contribute to our customer-focused culture by delivering good employee experience outcomes. The responsibilities of this role include:
1. Deliver a credible, accurate and reliable monthly payroll process by accurately processing employee data.
2. Support a positive employee experience by ensuring our policies and procedures are enacted fairly and accurately.
3. Support a customer-first, inclusive recruitment and onboarding experience that enhances and protects our employer brand.
4. Maintain accurate, compliant records and procedures to support our regulatory and statutory requirements.
5. Understand the risk and controls within your business area and your responsibilities under the Risk Management Framework.
Essential skills and experience:
1. Proven experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.
2. Ability to interpret policy and procedure and apply it to employee experience.
3. Excellent attention to detail and able to use judgement to manage complex scenarios.
4. Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Able to process numeric data accurately.
6. Evidence of excellent written communication skills.
7. Competent in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Office365), with a willingness to learn further Excel and data skills.
8. Ability to understand new systems and their functionality.
9. Confident in working with confidential and sensitive information.
Desirable skills and experience:
1. Experience of HR or payroll administration.

*The salary offered is dependent on evidence of key competencies and skills you currently have.
