We are seeking a School Transport and Admissions Support Officer to cover a secondment for 1 year. This fixed term post is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The post holder will primarily be responsible for processing applications for home to school transport and travel assistance, liaising with parents, transport commissioning teams, SEN, school admissions team and schools, ICT development relating to transport systems and providing data support to the school admissions team. The post holder will also present school transport appeals. The post holder will require excellent customer service, IT, and negotiation skills.
