Project Manager / Site Manager – Multi-Region Opportunities We're recruiting experienced Project Managers and Site Managers for a number of live and upcoming civils and groundworks projects across the following regions: Northwest & Cumbria Yorkshire & North East Birmingham Our projects range from £500k to £2.5 million in value and span a variety of sectors, including: Healthcare Commercial developments Supermarket construction Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth project delivery Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with stakeholders Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards Deliver regular progress updates to senior leadership Requirements: Strong experience in civils and groundwork projects is essential SMSTS or equivalent certification required CSCS and First Aid preferred Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills Pay Rate: £260 – £340 per day Start Date: Immediate starts available for the right candidates To apply, contact: Danny Murray – 07759 124253
