Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Admissions process from application review to onboarding
Screen, interview, and assess applicants for suitability
Maintain accurate records of applications and admissions decisions using CRM tools
Organise and host Virtual Inductions and Admissions webinars 📹
Schedule and conduct interviews while managing applicant feedback
Make offers and handle all offer-related queries
Continuously enhance the Admissions experience through feedback
Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the process
Collaborate with internal teams to align Admissions criteria with business needsEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools (e.g., CRM, ERP)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to growth
Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive excellence
Commitment to upholding the organisation's values and fostering trustDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in admissions or related fields
Familiarity with data management tools and project management software
Previous work in educational settings or professional servicesTechnologies:
